"If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The whole staff at Hines gives exceptional service! They took care of a heating emergency in 2021 during a blizzard and a medical emergency. More recently, replaced an aging fuel tank, fixed a sink, replaced a toilet and kept my elderly Uncle’s home safe and warm for several years with routine service calls. Always courteous and professional when they arrive and the office staff are super friendly on the phone. They have kept the customer in mind with their customer service! Something that isn’t very common these days. Well done and so grateful we have such a caring service provider in our area!"

"I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. They have helped me twice now in really, really difficult situations over the last six weeks. Amber and Jodi at the main office go out of their way to help people in difficult situations and they helped make this awful situation better for my family. Logan came and quickly diagnosed issues with my Navien tankless heater and he was polite, efficient and neat in his work. He was honest about follow up and gave great advice on next steps. Highly recommend trusting this folks."

"We are very satisfied with Hines. We were able to talk with a person who actually helped us get our furnace running. We had Jody come and check it out and he was very professional and the cost was less than we were quoted by another company. We will be sure to call them in the future when needed. Thank you"

"Hines plumbing was recommended by a family member for oil tank replacement. Their swift professional service did not disappoint me. Their office was very polite and kept me informed of every step of the process. The crew was also polite and very courteous and took every precaution to avoid any clues " that we were ever here " other than a fantastic product and installation! This is a family business (which is very important to me) that cares enough, that the owner stopped in during the installation. I always ask the employees how they like their employer privately. When the employees love their job, and the people they work for , it shows in their craftsmanship. I am 100% satisfied with the great job done by Hines Plumbing. I am looking forward to doing future business with a 5 star outfit!"

"Fast and reliable service! They helped me with our water well pump in house last year and just last week did an emergency drain line replacement at the business location. I Highly recommend their technicians and the ladies at the office are super nice too."
